      LOAD EQUALIZERS: are required for turn signals only. Since the turn signal flashers are designed for use with
      incandescent (1157) turn signal bulbs. LED bulbs draw a small fraction of the amperage that the 1157 bulb does so that
      the flasher thinks that the LED is burnt out and the turn signals wont blink.
